National Heritage week takes place from 12th to the 20th August and this year celebrates ‘Living Heritage’.
There are 18 events taking place in the county this year and among them are :
‘Old Irish Lughnasa Customs’. – Ballinamoe Library – 15th August 7.30 – 8.30 pm
Bat and Moth Adventure – The Organic Centre 19th August 8.00 – 8.00 pm
Leitrim Hawthorn Project – Lough Allen Centre 20th August 2.00 – 7.00 pm
Drumkeeran Old Fair Day – Drumkeeran – 19th August 12.00 – 7.00-pm
