The Dock is housed in the beautiful 19th Century former Courthouse building, overlooking the majestic river Shannon in the county town of Carrick on Shannon.
The building has been sensitively restored into an integrated centre for the arts. It now includes a 100+ seat performance space, three art galleries, artists studios, an arts education room and it is home to The Leitrim Design House.
The Dock offers something for everyone, with an interesting programme of contemporary art exhibitions and a vibrant year round theatre programme that spans drama, music, dance, comedy and performance art. Regular classes and creative workshops are also held at The Dock.
The Jury Room Café is open daily and serves a range of delicious cakes, scones, teas and coffees.
