The Solas Art Gallery is an artist led, not for profit gallery space in Ballinamore, Co. Leitrim.
The main aim of the Gallery is to promote the arts in the wider local community by bringing an awareness of art to the public and making exhibition space accessible to artists, both full time and part time. Solas runs three group exhibitions a year, a junior exhibition and a number of solo Exhibitions.
As a community led gallery it is run on a membership basis giving member artists access to the group shows and the possibility of a solo show. The gallery space is an ideal opportunity for new artists to experience their first solo exhibition and the collective knowledge of the committee is there to help and advise.
